Why not join the Ride & Stride sponsored cycle, walk, jog, horse-ride, and even mobility scooter around a few local churches to raise money for St Mary's, your very own parish church, and the Wiltshire Historic Churches Trust?
It’s on Saturday 9th September. You can choose your own route to go to as few or as many churches as you like. Many churches offer refreshments and comfort breaks, and of course there are some excellent pubs in the area. In recent years the Trust have given St Mary's grants of several thousand pounds for replacing the floor and seating at the west end of the church and repairs to the font, the porch, and stained glass windows.
